Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you within 30 calendar days of receipt. Please keep the item(s) you want to return or exchange in its new condition. Please contact our customer service first by email (service@youuchic.com) and submit the application of return or exchange (including your order number, reason for return or replacement). Our customer service will provide some instructions about returns and exchanges of the item(s) and approve your application within 24(workdays)/48(weekends) hours. Then our customer service will provide detailed return or exchange address to you. Most returns or exchanges can be processed within 2-7 business days after we receive your package.

1. Full Refunds: We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer’s own fault cannot apply for refund. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

2. Partial Refunds: We also offer partial refund on returned items which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get partial refund. If the item(s) is considered damaged, defiled, deformed, spilled perfume after receipt, or you return the item(s) without notify us, you can only get partial refunds.

3. Shipping Costs: For unwanted or not like items(personal reasons such as size, color, style, fabric, etc), the return shipping costs should be borne by the buyer.

Return Address

In order to make your return more convenient, we have different warehouses for receiving your package.

Please do not send your package back to the address on your package. That is not an effective return address and will cause your package to be lost. And you are responsible for the loss due to the wrong address. So please contact the customer service and they will spare no effort to help.
