Shipping Process

Verification

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing

It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 72 hours to process. Please Note: You may receive a tracking number before your order ships out, as we prepare the shipment.

Delivery

P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at the moment. Please make sure to write a detailed and valid shipping address while placing the order.

Please Note: If it’s on backorder, we’ll let you know when it will ship out. We will notify you within 10 days of placing your order if it’s out of stock or on backorder. We try our best to figure this out ASAP but sometimes during busiest times it takes time.

YOU.U is in responsible for all the entire delivery process. If the item is lost or damaged during the shipping, we will replace it with the same item and employ Expedited Shipping for it.
